Yeah, HK is crazy expensive! I didn't live there, but visited a couple times. I haven't been to NYC yet.

Too much concrete and not enough trees for me though.

London, England. it feels like home for me.

A number of small individual towns within a city, all different with a varying vibes, cultures, food.

Costs a small fortune though :(

Well, my favorite is Cape Town, the scenery is amazing, we have table mountain, awesome weather and a half decent nightlife as far as South African cities go. And the crime's not as bad as up in Johannesburg (still quite bad depending on where in the city you are though).

Manchester in the UK. Its clean, safe, you can walk from one end to another, great bars, clubs, music, you name it, we have it! But it does rain a lot!

New York is the city that doesn't sleep and there's something going on 24/7. If you are looking for nature the catskills are 1 hour drive away. Atlantic City with all the casinos is just 90 minutes.

I'd like to visit NYC some day. I don't think I'd be real happy living there, with all the concrete and tempo of the city, but it would be fun to visit.
