    here is playlist in my media player for sad songs which I listen when I have mood to listen sad songs.

    It is not complusion to sadness for me to listen the sad songs.

    When I am feeling depressed I like to listen to music that has rich complex melodies like Nights In White Satin by the Moody Blues or One Man's Dream by Yanni, if I want to wallow in the feeling. But if I want music to pick me up out of the depressed feelings then I will listen to songs like You Only Live Once by Yanni or Carry On Wayward Son by Kansas, something that has an upward beat to the music.

    Ohh, that's a good one.

    I don't listen to just one song. I usually listen to industrial rock though, anything with an ultra heavy beat. Gets me pumped.
