    If you know a bit of marketing, of course you can. Although this tool should be used to send to already subscribed clients.

    If you have a business, you probably have a website. Just like when you have users subscribe by mail, you can also ask them to subscribe by WhatsApp (Mobile), Or you may place it in terms and conditions (Any user that signs up, automatically signs up to your WhatsApp marketing). Im sure there are plenty more methods besides these mentioned.
