    When a keyword bidding is updated, does the particular updation takes place immediately or the keyword goes offline for some few hours(say 12 hours)?

    It doesn't go offline. It just takes 24-72 hours before the changes take effect.

    They say changes could immediately take effect with the New Yahoo's Panama. Anyone here upgraded to that account?
