    its quite puzzling too. if you're going to post or update your account at night, most of your targets are asleep. if you post it at the morning most of them are at work or school.

    I had read somewhere that Facebook activity is at its peak during 7am-9am, 5pm-7pm and 11pm-1am. Hence its better to post during these times however if you are already following some other timings and are quite successful then you can follow that only.
