    Yes, it is a constitutional amendment enacted after FDR was elected four times. But nothing will stop a two-term President's brother or wife from serving.

    Oh right, this is about Canada. I think of the 90% of Canadians that live within 100 miles of the US border, fewer people than in California, struggling so hard to avoid being American. Yet they are bursting with pride over their countrymen and women who have made it big here.
