    I have no idea and I have been waiting for Yahoo to have a Google-like ad network that is available in most countries of the world.

    Yahoo forgets Asia and Europe? I've heard of its beta ads, but Yahoo is too engrossed with the US market.

    It's also been in private beta forever it seems (maybe 2 years?)

    I don't understand what's taking them so long to get this out

    They can't find advertisers in the other countries.

    Can't find them?

    They don't have to, the advertisers will find them

    You can't be trying to tell me that nobody outside of the US is interested in Yahoo

    It's not just advertisers we're talking about here. YPN is not open to any publishers outside of the US either.

    Ya - maybe they're still working on it? Remember, their ad targeting sucks - and isn't even better than Adsense. Until the advertisers come to them but for the other countries, they'll allow the publishers outside the US to join as well..

    Adsense is nation wide for a reason, they're bigger.

    I think they'd find a very large market in Europe.

    And many thousands of publishers and advertisers ready to ditch Adsense.

    As pointed out by others, there's YPN for the US. For other countries, they currently work with partners which provide the same service, using ads from Yahoo.

    <shameless plug>
    We (Oxado) provide such a service, and we have Yahoo! ads for the UK, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Mexico and Brazil. We also have many other partner networks providing CPM, CPC or CPA ads for a bunch of other countries.
