So let me give you an example which i worried a lot about today it wasn't like a big deal at all.

I sleep a bit on the afternoon and when i waked up i was thinking like drinking coffee however because i ate lots of sweets today and chocolates my stomach i feel it like unstable so i was worrying that if i would drink coffee i would might like feel terribly and i would be very nervous due to caffeine.

After i calmed down i visualized what person i wanted to be the picture on my mind was a person to be on peace.

I asked myself if i don't drink i would be fine however if i do drink i might feel shit.

The issue was that i wanted so much to drink coffee , i was like desperate , and i feel like regret and maybe not.

Anyways my point is how do you deal with situations like when you are on dilemma?

With things you want and if you do them you will have consequences , and if you don't do them you would just be fine.

I would not call that much of a dilemma. I started drinking coffee about 5 years ago. I used to be a heavy soda pop drinker (for caffeine) but all that did was help me put on weight. So I switched to coffee. Even with a little bit of sugar and milk, one 16 ounce (half liter) cup of coffee has much more caffeine than an equivalent amount of soda pop and far less calories. So I became a coffee drinker. And I started to like it.

It got to the point where I was drinking 64 - 80 ounces of coffee a day. Like you, I got jittery or nervous from all that caffeine and I had to go to the bathroom--a lot. I had been relying on caffeine so much through the years I did not think I could make it through the day without it. A few months ago I decided I was going to cut back on my coffee consumption. I weaned myself from it, reducing my intake every few days and now I am down to 8 - 16 ounces of coffee per day, most days, and some days I have no coffee at all.

I discovered that if I get a good night's sleep, I can get up and make it through the day without needing to rely on caffeine. I still enjoy sipping my coffee when I boot up my computer and read my emails and the news. But I do not need any stimulants if I get enough sleep. Without enough sleep, I still need the coffee to help me wake up. :)

When you are in a situation where you want to do something unnecessary that may have negative consequences, focus on the negative consequences and just do not do it. You may not need the coffee as much as you think you do.

What you have is called indecisiveness, this in turn leads to anxiety. It is habit forming and in time can become part of your personality. The way around it is to develop some self confidence.
You get this by believing in yourself. So learn to make decisions with no regrets, see the thing through.
Just remember that when you drive yourself, you have no reverse gear. Always move forward with no going back.;)
