    There's plenty of ways.. Ask yourself, do you know how to do it, and you just don't have the time? If thats the case, I recommend what antawnmason suggested. Goto odesk open up an hourly job for a few VA's and have them do the job for you.

    I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned already, it's probably the most white hat and honest way to promote a website. You should give guest posting a try, you can write up a good article based around your niche and get it published on another blog. They'll usually let you include a backlink which helps boost your SERPS as well as provide some traffic.

    Social network traffic leads to more clicks, but it may not lead to more sales. Plenty of Fortune 100 companies have pulled their facebook advertising completely because it didn't translate into $$$.
