    I definetely did. I sent him several mail-messages, and PMs. The last time he said he will be a bit late and will deliver the work within 2 days. It's beed more than a month he started working on submitting some directories and he never did. And I paid him upfront.

    Well, sure I did that, I just want them to be punished somehow, cause they are taking money and never come back with a delivery.
    That's so sad there are such people. Because of him I can't believe indians any more so I think I will never order them again :(
