Of course, you probably won't trust us after the first down time and all your files were removed, however, we've switched hosts, upped the ante a little, and have everything stablized.

The reason the last one went "out of business" is because of our lack of knowledge on monitizing traffic, however, we have "run some experiments" and we are SURE we can afford to provide this service for a long period to come.

You DO have to provide an email address and the likes to use the service, this is because of the sheer amount of warez/porn uploaded on the old Refrozen Upload. We have implemented measures to prevent this from happening again, most of which will never hurt you.

Files are only (*) removed if their email addresses haven't been confirmed within the first 24 hours (this is not yet implemented, but will be very soon) or if they go for a long (1-2 months?) period of time without getting any downloads.

If you are planning on hosting files for private usage only, please upload them in ZIP, RAR or TGZ format as this will prevent them from being removed after the no-download period.
