    I don't think there is such a list. Just pick a niche and search Google for the most visible sites and that's your list.

    I'm sure that if there is a list, which is beyond the likes of Alexa, it would be very valuable, and even more so, if it included contact information. For what reasons do you seek such a list?

    If you just want the biggest sites on the net, I'd just use Alexa... here's a list if it helps.

    spamming via email may not be the most effective strategy.

    You will find advertising more effective. Spamming webmasters isn't the way to go - they will report you and troll your site and make your life unbearable.

    I agree with you , I also don't think that spamming webmasters or even web users will get any results except banning his ip and accounts ..
