    Placement is okay and compliant with the rules. I'm afraid your site is rather lacking in content, which may prove a problem for the quality of ads delivered. Your forum link under the words "Do not be hesitant to click here" doesn't work. I'd also work on that choice of words - how about using "click here to visit our forum"?
