    Don't ever dine fast food more than 1-2 a week... I also heard that Taco Bell is among the most unhealthiest fast foods.

    It's not good for your health but it's great for my taste buds. I can't help it. I like my fast food especially when my tummy's grumbling and I just need to eat something pronto!
