    I'm looking for a CMS that can manage a website with search able databases akin to the ones in a site like allakhazam.com (more specifically the quest or item databases). Is this functionality built into a CMS like Joomla or PHP Nuke or does this have to come from some other avenue?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hmmm... I dunno... it sounds like you've got a really big project on your hands. Joomla! could do it but you would need a big custom component in order for it to look really good and have searchable property functionality. This sounds like something I used to work with back when I was running WoW guilds. Have you ever heard of EQdkp? Gosh I hate hearing stuff related to WoW... it always makes me feel like going back...
