    I dont know what CMS the site is using..but it can be done in drupal very easily.

    Actually, this can be done in almost any modern CMS. Looks like several RSS streams held together by a framework. What CMS is best to use will ultimately depend upon what exactly you're trying to do. Drupal is a heavyweight CMS, and I wouldn't use it to just put up RSS feeds. However, if you're trying to do a much more complex site (with forums, blogs, etc.), then yeah, you'll want to go with a powerful system. Just be prepared for a learning curve (which every CMS has).
