    Hello all.

    I'm looking at building a site which allows users to create a webpage.
    Nothing too elaborate, uploading pictures, writing content, and allowing comments.
    I'd like to included a wizard to help the user create the site.

    Are their any open-source CMS frameworks that I can use, by tweaking?

    Or is too complex, and does it have to be custom-built.

    Please give input.

    That's Very hardness..

    But I used WordPress CMS with Theme that suppot framework..

    That only my input and I hope that helps..
