    Hi there,

    I’m looking for a good CMS for an Accommodation website and a directory website. I have web design experience but I’m not a programmer.

    Features I need:

    - Ability to easily integrate advertising
    - Users can add listings which need to be approved by admin
    - Ability for users to provide reviews on accommodation
    - Accommodation enquiries tracked
    - Ability to easily integrate Google analytics
    - Integrate Google maps (nice to have)
    - Compare ratings from sites like trip adviser (again nice to have)

    I hope this is not too ambitions :)
