    has clean simple integrated forum
    and ad integration
    have template/themes I can choose from
    easy navigation
    SEF

    content will be mainly of articles/writings

    any good cms for such?

    I guess you are best served with Drupal, it has most of the functionality you request standard in the installation.

    For the few things left like Ads integration there are Modules that are simply integrated.

    DRUPAL fits most of your needs, except the only negative aspect that not many templates/themes you can choose from. But I think you should not be discouraged by that, keeping in view the enormous positive aspects of DRUPAL.
