    Doesn't look like a CMS and I couldn't find any info contradicting that.
    It might be a custom made script.

    It could be a 4images integration into their website.

    http://www.themehq.com/ is a site I had to set up for someone. With the 4images skin files, it's really easy to change the layout so it looks like the site you mentioned. 4images is really customizable.
