Which CMS system can do this?

I need to create static URL's that end in .php
    www.mysite.com/specialty-gifts.php

I'm looking for a CMS that will allow me to do that without having to go in and fiddle with code or the htaccess and all those things that require advanced webdesign knowledge.

Does anyone know of a CMS that will easily allow me to do this?

    Thanks

try joomla with sh404SEF. sh404SEF with or without .htaccess changes but i think might only have options for .index.php and .index.php? But there are numerous forums on changing your .htaccess which is fairly easy.
    have a look here

I think that WordPress can also deliver that with a slight change in the .htaacess file Or the next Option will be obviously Joomla.

I can confirm Joomla does this - I use a SEO module to do it for me automatically :)

Drupal can do this quite easily. It's also probably the best CMS for SEO in general.
