    I agree, it just sort of looks like wordpress. You can use WP with this http://www.revolutiontheme.com/ or another newspaper theme. Or, http://justintadlock.com/ is doing some seriously groundbreaking stuff with WP and his themes are free.

    I am using his options theme on my hubbleprints blog in my signature.

    Pretty sure it's Wordpress, there are references to the /theme/ folder and it looks quite similar to this theme:
