There is a whole list of good candidates for your needs.

Sub Dreamer is one option. It's weakness is the blog tool which they call "articles". Otherwise it has some nice features, plug-ins and support is reasonable.

    This site uses subdreamer:

I have vbulletin bridged with wordpress, and I have all those features your mentioning. Works way more better than any complete CMS I've tried.

    Hi,

There are three CMS such as: drupal, joomla and modx, here you can use any one of them.

    Thanx.:)

You can do almost all that you want with Wordpress. And the blog, and the homepage, and the other pages. For forum best is vBulletin but if you're limited with money you can install PHPbb.

I'd vote for Drupal - the forum feature is kind of primitive, but overall it is very well supported, and help is easy to find.

I'd go with either Joomla or Drupal, both are good solutions.
