    I want a CMS which will let online sellers join and list links to all of their shops (ebid/bidville/plunderhere/etc). I also want buyers to be able to leave feedback on the sellers profile.

    I love joomla. very robust and got all the functionalities you probably need.

    It also has the large extension library which will do almost any job for web presence.
