    Almost all the Appnexus ad networks I know of got kicked off and switched over to Video ads. Most of the ones that stayed aren't accepting web sites anymore because it's very strict and there is upgraded anti fraud technology that will flag a site right away. This is a very good question and would love to see an answer as well. I can tell you who isn't on there anymore!
