Which country is best to set up internet firm and to do it online from you country?

Hi, i just logged to get suggestions about my topic. I would like to run a internet company but online , without going to that country and would like to manage all things online. Does such country exists and which one is the closest to that. So what chances have foreigners to run company with minimal help of residents. My budget is small so i am interested in poor countries where such things won't cost too much ,India , Bangladesh, Phillipine, Pakistan , Nepal ..

What about countries where taxes are nothing or very small.

What initial cost do i have and later monthly? How long procedure lasts?

Oregon and Delaware allow non-US residents to register companies. Just search for "off shore company" in Google.

 

It would be better that you can hire some person from that country and you can monitor all things from phone, website, email, video chat etc.

 

I think i cant trust them. And monitoring others for start up company is bigger job then do it on your own. But sure that is one option. The problem is giving them money to do some payments there ... So im still looking for solution where i can do all online alone through the official websites.

I outsource A LOT of my work to guys in India, they have excellent experience in web programming, have good education, speak really good English and cost me a third of what it would in other countries.... Thank god for cheap outsourcing...
