    in Indonesia some of the food staple is rice. rice does not make gain weight you increase. maybe you need a diet of foods that contain fat

    If you reduce your intake of cholesterol and carbohydrate and eat more vegetables, you won't be complaining of belly fat. Also regular exercise can help burn belly fat.

    If you want to become slim and reduce belly fat then do fasting for more than 2 months. Eat food only at night and that too Vegetable food. Do not eat anything in between day. If you can do this then you can become slim.

    Take 1 table spoon Lemon Juice+ 1 Spoon Honey in the morning with empty stomach.
    It takes minimum 45 days to see the results but the results are permanent with ZERO side effects.

    To reduce your tummy besides eating less rise and having more bread items in your meal, you have to start moving your body more. I tend to gain weight very fast so to get it down along with better diet I try to do some exercise daily. I know some people dont have much time to exercise daily but what I do is while walking in the house and when free I try and dance so that all my muscles are active.
