Which foods do you crave?!

When you get really hungry, what do you crave to have so bad?

For me, it's either a Subway sub, Quizno's Sub, A&W burgers (I love them) and an A&W rootbeer, or sadly, McDonald's. For home cooked meals, I love meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn, yum.

I have a Dairy Queen just a 5 minute walk from the house but I never crave it and never even go there. It seems our cravings are always for something we can't easily get our hands on.

I don't eat a lot of red meat, but sometimes I crave red meat. I figure it's my body telling me it needs iron or something. :)

Filet Mignon from Bully's is the bomb when I need iron. heh

Mexican food. Always Mexican food! Specifically, Guisada de Puerco with green chile sauce or chile rellenos with chicken and red sauce. Chips and salsa too.

    Chocolate :)

My best friend told me the average American eats 10 bls a year. I told her I had ten lb. bag chocolate chips at that moment. When I don't have chocolate in house make fudge. Between 2-4 mins in microwave. :)

You're lucky your body tells you this stuff.... some of us don't have that advantage and have to faint on the spot to realize we're not eating right. :p

Mella, you don't really get cravings?! Ohhh you don't know what you're missing, they're so fun to satisfy, lol. :D

Smyrl, chocolate is another good one, but usually when I get a craving it's for something hot. Don't know why.

    Ewwww...THAT tastes good?

Dan 'The word fondue is derived from the French word "fondre" which means "melt".'

So you should know how to spell it! :)
