    I try to to eat fruits everyday but sometimes I have a busy schedule, and I won't eat any fruit for a few days. Lately I've been eating a lot of nectarines and peaches.

    Banana is good to eat daily, it simply purifies the blood and makes your skin glow , makes your bone fit , but little bit high in cholesterol.
    And apple to keep away from doctor.
