    Hi,

According to me, a company that fulfill all the requirements of their clients and offer 99.9% server uptime guarantee with 24*7 customer support than that will be the best company for their clients.

Actually there is no such a best host. Every host has at least one cons. However I think Hostgator is still known as a reliable provider.

There is a great number of hosting providers nowadays and to make the right choice the user should first of all read reviews about the company on at least 5-6 different forums, then compare the prices with the other companies and test the support team by writing an email to them or contacting them by phone ( asking different questions which interest you).

I advise to find at least 4-5 companies and make a choice between them.

When choosing a web hosting users ALWAYS look at a series of factors. Both beginner and advanced user look at the same parameters - hosting stability, user reviews, prices, tech support efficiency and comfort. The trick is that these categories of users see things differently when they choose.

Rookies mostly value a hosting's price efficiency. Opinions expressed in user reviews and the alleged quality of the host's tech support are equally important to them. Finally, stability and comfort are not really that much of a matter to them.
With the pros the picture changes significantly. They appreciate stability and good tech support, first and foremost. Prices are important, but they come only behind the first two aspects. Then they pay attention to some user reviews, though not any reviews from any user: only word of mouth from other pros. Finally, comfortable usage should be also taken into consideration.
