    My suggestion, twitter is better then face book, yes I'm agreed there are more user's with face book, but only for chat and entertainment.

    I think twitter is by far better simply for business marketing, however, setting up a Facebook fan page is also a good way to reach customers, since you can do more targeted marketing on there. In my experience, doing giveaways are the best way to gain lots of fans fast for a Facebook page.

    I definitely recommend fan page advertisements. The ads are extremely targeted and will help you expand social presence, but you would need a big budget to make a large impact.

    It truly depends on what you're promoting. If you're promoting incent CPA offers, Facebook would be greatest since you can target select groups of people. FB fan pages work flawlessly when it comes down to incent CPA offers.
