    I am planning to start my blog..Can u guys tellme please which is the best blogging tool, which got lots of good themes also? wordpress, blogspost or something else?

    Also let me know which is the best CMS? e107 or joomla or something else?

    The best blog tool around is Wordpress. It has a enormous community and users.

    You could get thousands of free Wordpress themes wheres using blogger your options are limited to a few hundreds.

    Go and get Wordpress fast :p

    i use blogger cuz i can't seem to find time to integrate it with Microsoft IIS. I couldn't find stright step by step directions on getting it integrated with my site.

    I'm a big fan of wordpress, it's not perfect but for me it's been the best out there. If I wanted to make one to fit my needs perfectly I'd probably need to make my own and that just isn't something I want to do at this moment.
