Which is the best chat system for an online business?

Hi,
I am urgently looking for a chat system so that I can chat with my partners using a microphone . (group voice chat)
Something which can also show text on screen what the person speaks! (if possible)
We dont need video though..
Is there any system which can store messages as text on the screen if the person is not available for chatting?

Umm, I'm not trying to be funny here but have you considered Skype? I used to belong to 2 mastermind groups and we used Skype for them. The first one lasted over 9 months between my two partners in the USA and myself in Australia so we often had to do a catchup on text.

In Skype after you guys have all added yourselves to each other as Contacts, go to the Contacts menu, Create New Group and add the other members and it'll be saved in your contact list in case you ever have to close your computer down.

You can use text only, audio or video, or all three.

Works well.

For my hosting company I am working with the livezilla system for support purposes and questions. It displayes if someone is live in the chat to anser questions right now and also allowes users to send questions if nobody is online in the moment they visit the website.

 

I think you already knew about Skype, Search on Google and install then talk with your partners

 

install skype , make account of email addresses gmail,yahoo,face book , download yahoo messenger,than you can chat to your parents easily without mobile phones charges.

 

If you are using chat for business purpose, you can try Live2support live chat software. It is only text based chat software.
