    Nice topic to kill time with but not sure if OP indeed need any help regarding this. He has to be more specific. He need to mention which country he is actually interested in. After all, investing on real estate ain't childplay and I don't think if you can buy a property in NY City becoming a resident of India or China just because you have enough money to spend. I'm afraid if it is yet another attempt of increasing overall postcount.

    In 2010 best real estate to invest is Ukraine. Average one bed flat risen by 24% in last 2 years. Land is also precious in this country. UK bought billions of pounds worth of it in the last 4 years. Obviously something is going to happen there soon.
