Just use a screen capture software like Camtasia Studio and a good mic. I believe you already have Adobe Photoshop installed in your system. Put camtasia to screen capture mode and go ahead. Speak clearly and legibly. After its done you can consider adding a light and soft background music to the tutorial. You can use the footage by using Final Cut Pro if you are on a Mac or Adobe Premiere if you are on Windows platform.
