    I checked my website with keywords on google and yahoo. But the ranks are different. To make sure the rank, I always need to double confirm and search on google in actual again.
    Which one cold be trusted for the ranks?

    what rank you talking about?...you will never rank the same way in yahoo and google aswell...most of the time you will rank better in yahoo than google and that's because it's harder to rank in google

    Google and yahoo having different algorithm for keyword ranking. So in their own way, they both are good and trust able.
