which one would be the best for that kind of website?

hy everybody,

I've read a lot about CMS like Drupal and Joomla in this forum, but I need your advices for a specific site:

I need to create a site for a guy who has many flats to rent .
He wants a website to present them with photo galleries, and the ability to book one for a night, a week or more.
And of course, he wants a registration system, the possibility to pay online for the rent, and something like a calendar system to automatically manage the renting periods.

I have already made websites, I know html and CSS. I have already used CMS like SPIP many times so I know a bit about CMS management.

So my question is: which CMS would be the best for that kind of website? and with which extensions?

if anyone of has any ideas, advices, or has done something like this .....

I use WordPress and yo can accomplish this with WP, but probably you won't make mistake if you go with Drupal or Joomla as well.
The best way is if you use the platform you are familiar with.

 

You can use either Wordpress or Joomla both CMS provides Extension for property management, Wordpress easy to learn in comparison to Joomla.
Now its up to you on which CMS you are comfortable.

I have found an extension for joomla named blooking. Does anyone use this extension? or do you know an other one?

 

I'd recommend you Wordpress as it has tons of plugins that can help you enhance your website's function
