Which photo CMS to allow users to upload their photos to albums that I create?

    Hey guys,

    I'm looking for a CMS that will do the folowing things:

    - allow users to upload their photos to albums I have created (but not create their own)
    - allow users to add a title and brief description with a link to some sort of profile from the photo they've added
    - have a very simple, easy interface so anyone can do it
    - allow me to approve the photos before they go live to my site
    - be able to customise it fairly easily into the overall look of my HTML site

    I've been experimenting with Plogger and like the setup and simplicity but it doesn't allow other people to register and upload (I don't think!) or descriptions. I've had a fool around with Coppermine but uploading photos seems sort of complicated and ideally I don't want to allow people to create their own albums. Haven't fiddled with Gallery yet. Any other suggestions???
