    I see digg, buzz.yahoo, propeller is quick indexed and page #1 google.com for most keyword. I rare see stumbleupon.

    I don't think it helps you in your SEO efforts, but it does get you some brand awareness, especially if you invite your existing clients to your FB page. Twitter is excellent for getting pages indexed in search engines.

    I use to use DIGG, but now digg is no follow for all but the most popular stories. Try some of the third tier bookmark sites.

    digg adds a feather to the hat!
    and if you use a blend of digg+YBuzz+others... no body can stop you from a great PR!

    The only trouble with digg is that they easily ban users... and nothing can be done then

    Mixx helped me the most. The second place belongs to Digg. However, reddit brought the most traffic for me.
