    I'd use all three just to make sure! But like others have said G+ is probably best only because it is directly linked to Google, but after that i'd say Twitter is best as it is all completely public and so can be easily picked up by more people.

    I think Facebook, Twitter and G+ are great social media sites for SEO. These social media networks have millions of users that can help you further promote your site. Not only do you get a backlink on these social sites, you get traffic too.
