    Photoscape is a free picture editing software that you can use to make animated images. Not only can you make animated images, but it can do all other kinds of stuff. Its well worth the time to download and install it.

    Hey to create Good Professional looking gif's , flash files & banners , the best is to use Macromedia Flash , and 2nd Swish , 3rd Adobe Director .... These are only used by people who knows a lot... Cant use any of them , then search on net for small freeware softs
