    It could be any program - vector or raster. Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop, Xara, Gimp, InkScape, etc.
    It's what a designer feels comfortable with rather than program's features.

    well I guess it'S photoshop because it'S the most used one but it could also be created with one of the programs varelse named.

    Haha totally agree. Isn't that the contact info on the bottom of the pic? Or is that the company? Even so, you can go ahead and ask them, because they should know.

    Surely these are made of Photoshop or illustrator.
    those shadow effects hints me that they are made on illustrator.
    I might be wrong, but i highly beleive so.
