    Give some more info :) Looks interesting, and I tried Wiki but truthfully I didn't get fully the idea of what this creature represents, I am assuming its a symbol of the goat creature.

    actually, speaking of hands, did you read further where one of them cut off the tip of his finger, and attached it to the tip of the other twin's finger to make "an alien finger"
