Lets say that the Satellite that's hitting Earth in the next few days lands on my house or car or something that you own,who is responsible for the damages?

NASA has been watching the 6-ton satellite closely. On Friday officials moved up their prediction for its arrival to Sept. 23, give or take a day.

If anything lands on your house, wrap it up in a big Faraday cage, hire a truck, bury it in the desert, scratch the GPS co-ordinates into the handle of your toothbrush... THEN seek legal advice.

Government should be responsible for such damages. If goverment cannot take action then you should set the satelite in your own home. Ha Ha Ha

I guess the gov will find a way for the satellite not to crash at population. Don't be paranoid.
