    Na, but it is funny that yfs1 always pulls that "oh you think you are a moderator crap", I have turned down moderator positions time after time when they have been offered to me by other forums, so he is way off track there, I don't want any moderator position here or anywhere else and never have.

    The bottom line is that when mod's are appointed with a style I don't like I will quit the forum, so that means if yfs1 becomes one here that would be my last day on Digital Point.

    yfs1 makes the false claim that I act as a moderator, when in fact that is his goal here at DP :eek:

    He has that rep because one night he decided to run around making these "polls" and didn't even explain they were polls, they were all links in the post and if you click them they counted as a vote, so stupid and the polls were useless and stupid. He pissed a bunch of us off. I believe it was the same night he posted this stupid thread.

    I agree this isn't exactly a riveting rocket science kind of thread but how is it any worse than most in General Chat?

    Just take a look at the General Chat index... 90% of them range from trivial to downright childish...

    Well that is what a lot of folks like, they come to chat and that is what General Chat is: General.

    Everyone bad mouths General Chat here but most still spend their time in GC, Intro. and Underground and combined they are a large part of the forum.

    I wasn't badmouthing general chat. I was commenting on the hypocrisy of singling this one out as "stupid".

    It is stupid, of course, but not more so than a lot of others, and it's certainly NOT the dumbest -- I can think of at least two other candidates for that honor.
