The day will undoubtedly come so who would use a plug-in brain chip to augment brain power and memory if it became available?

It will definitely bring interesting possibilities. I'd be game. Just imagine what something like that could do:
    * Make people walk again by bridgeing damaged nerves
    * Make blind people see, deaf people hear etc.

    Endless possibility...

Judging by your signature, I think you'd be a good candidate.

Mmmm... chips... I don't even know what brianchips are but count me in...

Judging by your posts, which like this one are virtually incomprehensible, I think you should sign up in advance.

Depends where I'd have to insert it. Would they have to install a fusebox in my ass to allow for future enhancements later?

Apart from concerns about fuseboxes in the butt  would anyone else go for electronic brain augmentation if it were available?

I suppose it could be argued that a computer in itself is a type of brain augmentation but I wonderd how many people would go for a hardwired, plug-into-the-brain type of enhancement?
