If that's true, I'm gonna start drinking milk again. :p

People are so fat and out of shape that I wouldn't be surprised if our life expectancy starts to shrink soon.

Never heard of anyone putting sugar in milk, but it wouldn't surprise me if there are people who do.

I know people who are doing variations of the atkins diet, the biggest problem is they still eat WAY too stinkin much. 3 steaks for dinner??? its just crazy.

Then I know people who put salt on everything, including already salted salty foods like chips. pooring salt on a chip??? and then they act like they have no idea why they can't loose weight.

The only reason it is as high as it is in the states is all the drugs we pump into people, life support, etc... I would rather live 70 very healthy years than 100 unhealthy, on meds, going to doctors, in pain, etc..

It seems most people don't have a clue that we have a choice, but it starts early making better eating choices and living healthier life styles.

you mean like back in the 70's when smog levels were higher than today, everybody was tooling around in cars that used leaded gas and DDT was being sprayed in everyone's face? Those were the good ole days ;)

Maybe that is why the people who were around in the 60's and 70's are so darn healthy today!
I eat anything my wife cooks.
I eat anything when we go out (but no fast food places for us).
I eat any snacks laying about, including good candy and better chocolate.

i agree, markting for this foods is just terrible. maybe they should just sell fruits in colourfull cardboxs with a cheap toy inside. and some rap stars should eat veggies in musicvideos - dude i bet prices for this foods would go through the roof! :D

OHHH SNAP... I'm suggesting the Atkins diet. Me and my friend went on it together and he lost 60 pounds and I lost 30.
