Why are the ads not showing up?

    Im having a problem with the leaderboard ad. See http://smashmyipod.com/new/viewarticles.php?id=1

    The ad shows up fine.

    But when I view another category
    http://smashmyipod.com/new/viewarticles.php?id=3

    All I see is a blank space int he place of the 728x90 ad. If I remove the skyscraper ad from the nav, the leaderboard starts showing up fine.

    What could be the problem?

    The ad code is identical on all viewarticles.php pages, since they use the same file to display different info. There is no reason for the code not to work.

    Emperor, you are seeing the 728x90 ad on both urls I posted?

    how about http://smashmyipod.com/new/viewarticles.php?id=2

    There is a problem- Try adding some real words rather than this-

    " aw daw d wa daw dw daw aw daw d wa daw dw daw aw daw d wa daw dw daw aw daw d wa daw dw daw aw "

    Google is confused, as would be anyone looking at this gibberish. It uses content to determine what ads to serve. So add some real words about ipods, etc and your problem will be solved.

    id=1 2 ads visible- looks okay, I noticed a few broken image links.
    id=2 1 ad visible. Real text would likely fix this.
    id=3 2 ads visible- looks okay- the issue is it picked up on the german text (?) in between the daw daw's and so the "advertize on this site" and "ads by google" are in some other lang-

    I'd add "en" to the meta tags to fix that. Probably not a major issue, but it would bother me.

    This is the line to specify english-
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en" >
