Why can't see my ad in UK?

    Hello. I have set up my first ad in Yahoo.
    However, my UK users can't see my ad while I can see it in China.
    Can anyone tell me why?

    i think it is because of the per click bid amount you set. if the amount is less than uk biddders than it will not show. in markets where ppl dont bid much, your add will apear on first
