Why clones of adbrite/adengage etc fail?

    I have noticed that so many have tried to run clone traffic buy and sell sites which were essentially based on adengage or adbrite.
    All of them have flopped badly. Even a good site like adtoll seems getting nowhere yet the advertising industry is huge...rather HUGE
    what do you think is the problem?

    it is not that easy, i think even adbrite is falling at the same time, their cpm pay so much to webmaster
    eventully advertiser won't go for cpm anymore
    and for cpc there are too much clicks that are bad clicks
    for now the problem is that people want to pay $0.001 for a click, but webmaster wants $0.01
    also webmaster have thousand of ways to cheat
    second the payment is also a huge problem, alot of chargebacks
    replying all the email questions are very hard
    alot of the time webmaster remove their ads and stuff, alot of problem
    and it takes a long time to build up the site
    i havn't try yet, is just what i think

    There are many sites and advertisers that are going back to the time sponsorship method.

    Coz.. You know even me and you can make a clone of thier site and run an ad network our own..!

    And All those clony sites fail to pay in time... and they cant also promote thier website since they would get a legal issue..!

    Thus they fails..! :)
